A few auto news websites are having a field day with last month’s alternative energy propulsion vehicle sales number. Some go as far as saying electric vehicles are going nowhere, others calling Tesla the winner.
Can we really call a company a winner over one month’s worth of sales when other had inventory problems or simply didn’t push some of their vehicles as much as others? This is what we are considering in our Torquenews.com article here; Tesla The January EV Sales Winner By Default.
All in all, news outlets either love to paint a pessimistic view of the current state of electric vehicles, while others are overly optimistic. One thing is for sure, one month’s worth of sales does not represent much in the grand scheme of things.
