The Chinese market is interesting, to say the least, and accounts for tens of millions of vehicles sold annually. China is considered one of the largest emerging car markets in the world. So when manufacturers produce vehicles there, they often tailor them to that market specifically. Many times by changing the name of the vehicle to better suit the Chinese culture.
