NASCAR driver Joey Logano is an artist and his number 22 Pennzoil Ford Fusion is his paintbrush. Sitting behind the wheel of his stock car (remember: NASCAR uses that term very loosely), Logano began painting rubber onto a 32-foot square canvas of white pavement.
