Leno shows off his beautiful 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Yenko Stinger

Jay Leno’s Garage this week takes us through a look at one of his most prized possessions, the 1966 Chevrolet Corvair Yenko Stinger. This is one of about 70 surviving Don Yenko hotrod projects for the Corvair, about 100 of which were made in total. Most of the ones no longer around were lost in race wrecks and as piece offerings to the restoration or refurbishing of others.

Leno bought this car from Jeff Guzzetta, a fireman, who did the restoration work. Leno has Guzzetta on the show to talk about the car and what he did to restore it. Beautiful work.
