Bugatti marked the 20th anniversary of the Veyron with the world premiere of the F.K.P. Hommage at Rétromobile 2026, unveiled within the inaugural Ultimate Supercar Garage in Paris. First revealed digitally on January 22, the one-off creation made its physical debut as the second masterpiece from Programme Solitaire, Bugatti’s ultra-exclusive coachbuilding initiative limited to just two bespoke vehicles per year. The setting underscored Bugatti’s intent: to bridge its heritage with a contemporary vision of craftsmanship and personalization.
Rooted in the uncompromising philosophy of Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the F.K.P. Hommage celebrates the Veyron’s role in redefining performance with more than 1,000 horsepower and establishing the hyper-GT segment. Built on the latest evolution of Bugatti’s W16 platform, the Hommage delivers 1,600 hp from its quad-turbocharged engine: two decades of engineering refinement distilled into a single, expressive form.
Design-wise, the car respectfully evolves the Veyron’s iconic proportions, with a leaning-back stance, dropping beltline, enlarged air intakes, and a striking three-dimensional aluminum horseshoe grille. The bespoke Rouge Jubilé paint, an evolution of the Veyron’s original Absolute Red, adds depth and drama, contrasted by exposed black-tinted carbon fiber. Inside, the cabin blends modern luxury with heritage cues, highlighted by a circular steering wheel, solid aluminum console elements, and a dashboard-integrated Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon, created at the customer’s request.
Bugatti’s presence at Rétromobile extended beyond the Hommage. Four certified Veyron models, spanning 16.4, Grand Sport, Super Sport, and Vitesse, were showcased through La Maison Pur Sang, reinforcing the Veyron’s lasting desirability and collector value. A Paris night parade featuring historic Bugattis, alongside displays like the Bugatti Baby T52 and the legendary Bugatti Autorail, rounded out a celebration that honored the marque’s past while pointing decisively toward the future of bespoke hypercars through Programme Solitaire.
