Aaron Turpen

An automotive enthusiast for most of his adult life, Aaron Turpen has worked in and around the industry in many ways. He is an accredited member of the International Motor Press Association (IMPA) and of the Rocky Mountain Automotive Press (RMAP) and freelances as a writer and journalist around the Web and in print.  His writing ranges from do-it-yourself (DIY) mechanics to coverage of design as well as a look at future powertrain technologies.  He holds a commercial drivers license (Class A CDL) with experience over the road as a professional driver and has test driven vehicles ranging from full-sized, 80,000 pound tractor-trailer rigs to tiny Fiat 500 city cars.  You can find his portfolio at AaronOnAutos.com.  Here on CarNewsCafe, he acts as Senior Editor and Tech Expert.
