The CarNewsCafe team just wanted to wish all the athletes competing in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics well in their respective competitions and sports. Whether you are competing in the Luge to the Super Combined we hope you enjoy yourselves in Sochi, Russia.
Of course since we are US based auto magazine we are rooting for Team USA. Go Team USA! Nicolas might be rooting for France but we aren’t sure.
Even though there are so many problems in the world it always makes us happy that countries can come together for the Olympics for a few weeks every few years. We believe that says a lot despite all our differences. Again, we hope everyone competing at the Winter Olympics in Sochi has a great time no matter where you place or where you come from. That’s the spirit of the games.
Let us know if you have a Winter Olympic sport you’ve always wanted to try. What sports looks really difficult to you as well? I think figure skating and skiing. Also does a particular sport scare the crap out of you? How about the Skeleton? That looks kind crazy.
