Here is a quick interview we conducted with Alejandro Agag, CEO of Formula E this morning about the importance of racing in Long Beach. It is followed with an interview of current Long Beach, California Mayor Bob Foster.
I interviewed Mayor Foster six years ago and this follow-up shows how far electric vehicles (EV) have come.
Long Beach, California was chosen for its race history and the Formula E series will happen in conjunction with the Grad Prix. It will last 55 minutes and drivers will use two cars for the first year. It will also be free, and will be geared towards children and young adults.
