Design & Dimensions

  • Bolder exterior styling with a more chiseled front fascia, wider stance, and 19″ wheel options. Styling cues are inspired by the CX‑70 and CX‑90 and a Japanese “Kigumi” joinery philosophy.
  • Larger footprint: +4.5″ in length and wheelbase, over an inch wider — boosting cabin space and exterior presence.

Cabin Comfort

  • More passenger room: rear leg, knee, headroom all increased; wider door openings for easier entry.
  • Improved cargo area: cargo length +2″, height +1″, and lower lift-in height by over half an inch.
  • Refined interior: minimalist design with premium materials, ambient LED lighting on doors (7 color options), creating a serene, high-end space.

Infotainment & Tech

  • 15.6″ integrated touchscreen—the largest ever in a Mazda—features Google Built‑In, with upcoming Google Gemini for advanced voice control.
  • Cloud-connected features: Google Maps integration, access to saved places, and compatibility with Google Play Store apps .

Performance & Safety

  • Standard engine: 2.5 L SkyActiv‑G I4 delivering 187 hp and 185 lb‑ft torque, paired with a 6-speed automatic and standard i-Activ all-wheel drive; tuned for balance between responsiveness and refinement.
  • Hybrid on the way: A SkyActiv‑Z hybrid powertrain is planned for 2027, enhancing efficiency and driving engagement.
